Question : I am a male that is concerned about STDs, especially HIV. Situation:
1. Unprotected handjobs and oral sex from three women.
2. Condom protected oral and condom protected vaginal sex with prostitute (Indian descent but American). Condom intact.
About 4 days after the events above (happened in a 24-hour period) I developed somewhat swollen lymph nodes in my neck with some pain swallowing. No other symptoms that I have noticed.
All took place in the USA.
Do I have a risk of STDs especially HIV?

Brief Answer:
The risk of getting HIV infection in your case is very remote or negligible
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
You had condom protected vaginal sex and unprotected hand jobs and oral sex. The risk of getting HIV infection from oral sex is very less as compared to vaginal or anal sex so you need not to worry much.
As far as swollen lymph nodes in the neck is concerned it is mostly due to some other infection as the symptoms of acute retroviral syndrome also take at-least one week to develop after infection had occured. So be relaxed and for this you can consult your local physician and take some treatment as advised.
Thank You
