Question : Hi again, Dr. XXXXXXX I was wondering whether you believe that as I get older I will have any possible vascular related problems in the blood circulation with my right leg because of the effects of the posterior tibial transfer of my childhood resulting in the gait problems, atrophy in the calf muscle, arthritis in the knee, etc.
I already have some spider veins for many years on the other leg probably due to favoring that leg when I walk because of the weaknesses of the right leg. Thanks again.
NB: yesterday I had my first Sapartz injection into the right knee. The doctor persuaded me last week of the benefit of the anti-inflammatory injection first, which seems to have eased the tightening of the knee and calf muscles after sitting to a very large extent.
