Question : I thought I was 8 weeks preg but got an early scan as my bf died and I was getting worked up, only showed 5 weeks but there was a sac and a fetal pole. Docs did blood test for hgc and it was 32833 they did another bleed test 48 hours later, they said that it had risen but not as much as they would have liked. Am I'm going to miscarry

Hello mam, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
It can be either due to delayed conception or a missed abortion but cannot be documented so soon so just wait for another week and get a repeat scan after 10 days.
In case still there is no cardiac activity then you have a missed abortion.
Till then take a note of the following points -
- have a good rest with no exertion at all
- avoid intercourse
- take ample amount of water
- take good amount of milk and green leafy vegetables
- almonds and walnuts are very good and should be taken on daily basis
- avoid any kind of stress
- keep taking all the medicines as prescribed daily without a miss.
