Question : I had a bilateral salpingectomy two years ago this October. Is there any chance I could get pregnant? I'm not looking to get pregnant especially because of my age I am over 45.

Bilateral salpingectomy is a permanent sterilisation method and there is no chance of getting pregnant naturally after the operation. You would be pregnancy safe for life .
