What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Non Penetrative Sex?

Over the last week (from 21st to 29th March) I had sex many times with my girlfriend. Whenever there was penetration, we used a condom and no accidents occurred. However, before penetrating, sometimes we did some genital rubbing (both of us naked), without the condom. There was never any ejaculation during the rubbing. Now her period is coming late and we're getting really scared. To complicate things further, her period has not been regular since she stopped taking the pill, three months ago. After that, the first period came after 33 days (on 26 January), ad the second period 29 days later (on 24 February). Now, 36 days have elapsed since her last period. It is likely that she might be pregnant? Could the delay be due to other reasons? Thank you very much.

However, I would like to ask you one further question. I know that the penis produces — even before the ejaculation — a liquid known as precum. Some people on the internet say it contains some spermatozoons. So, is there any possibility, during our genital rubbing, that the penis produced some precum and that it managed somehow to go far enough so as to cause a pregnancy? I think it seems very unlikely, all the more so when one considers my girlfriend's fertile period. What do you think about that?
Would you also suggest her to take a pregnancy test at this point?

Yes precum contains sperms frequently.In your case you have rubbed genitalia only. This precum can cause pregnancy only when penis was deep inside vagina and penis withdrawn back without ejaculation. To be remain viable sperms should be present in semen as sperms have to travel deep in to uterus from cervix after ejaculation. Precum does not contain enough fructose that sperms can remain viable for this much long duration and travel this much distance. So no chance of pregnancy from that perspective.
Fertile period is maximum 2 days plus or minus from the day of ovulation. Ovulation occurs in 28 days cycle normally around 14 days.In general 14 days should be deducted from total days cycle to get ovulation date.So considering cycle of 33 to 36 days her ovulation day likely around 19 (33-14) to 22 (36-14). But when cycle is irregular it is difficult to take judgment.
The easy way of pregnancy testing is urine pregnancy test. Ready made kit (UPT kit) is available over the counter and morning's first urine sample should be tested.Detail instruction with kit will be there. You can ask your girl friend to do the same test for a while. It will give you assurance when it will come negative.
