Question : If i have a mirena, and my FSH is high (33). Does that mean im postmenopausal.

The postmenopausal level of FSH ranges from 23.0 to more than 116.3. Hence, in your case, the level of 33 for FSH in spite of use of Mirena indeed indicates that you already have had your menopause.
