Thanks for the query.
In most cases child will expel it out by stool.
Give the child fibre diet and fruits like banana to ease out expelltion.
In some rare cases it causes inflammation or scarring to surrounding tissues.
If there is some symptoms like blood in stool or throat pain then see a ENT doctor and get x ray done to see a location of pin.
