Can Whey Protein Cause Blood Associated Stool?

Hello Doctor , i ve been talking whey proteins for 3 month now , after 1 month i see blood in the stool , i go to my doctor and i did a rectoscopy , we found hemorrhoids and an anal fissure, well i am still a little bit concerned about the blood because i read that sometime whey proteins can cause blood in the stool , so i am confused a little bit. thank you for your time

It is not related to whey protein. If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy.
