Question : My wife's thyroid report shows as :
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) 77.22 μIU/ml

What precautions we should take now

Primary hypothyroidism, needs treatment.

Dear Sir, Your wife is having Primary hypothyroidism and needs to be on treatment immediately. As per her body weight thyroxine dose has to be started and then monitored after one month. after one month depending upon the report dose will be further adjusted. Regards!
