Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Few RBC in urine could be because of renal stone disease. I recommend that you undergo ultrasound of the abdomen to rule it out. If not found CT of the abdomen will help.

If you were my patient I would get the following things done

1. Ultrasound of the abdomen followed by CT
2. Urine culture to look for urinary tract infection
3. If nothing is found I would wait for 8 weeks and send for complement levels c3,c4 and renal biopsy

Thin basement membrane usually has hematuria for no apparent reason

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
