Question: I am 23 years. I am unable to control eating limestone from 1 year back onwards. What the health problems I will get ? will gain weight also ? How to stop eating suggest me please

Although weight gain is not a known side effect of limestone ingestion there are many with diastrous consequences.

The first and foremost is development of anemia. The second is development of heavy metal poisoning which can be fatal if continued without intervention.
The third is metabolic complications which can lead to serious illness and hospitalizations.

It is extremely important to stop it as soon as possible. If you are not zble to do please see a psychologist/psychiatrist in your city without delay for counselling.
