Are Rashes Behind Ear Due To Metal Poisoning Of Cobalt?

I have a Stryker ABG-II Hip Replacement and was diagnosed with High Cobalt Levels. I m getting rashes behind my ears and in my scalp and just recently, my lips swelled up and are blood red with hardly any skin on them and they burn. Could these rashes be caused by the metal poisoning of cobalt? Who should I see, my lips feel like they re burning all the time. I ve used Cortisone ointment 2 times a day and vaseline and Vitamin E Oil to keep them moisturized during the day. But, lips still feel tight, dry and are very red.
