How To Treat Rashes On The Hands?

Hi. I am 25 years old,55 kg and 5'. 1 month ago I got a itchy light colored rash on my both hands. It has got no particular pattern but it is rough when I touch it. It was itching for only first 2 -3 days and then itching is gone so I ignored it. Now after one month this rashes are still on my hands with no changes. It feels rough and looks dotted light in color. 1 year back i had acne problems which is resolved after having medicines.Please help.

Looking at your history and description, it could be polymorphic light eruption. This occurs due to sun allergy. Without proper examination it would be difficult to conclude. Kindly share the pictures and do an online consultation. Use regular moisturizer and wear full sleeved clothes. Carry an umbrella to protect yourself from sunlight.
