Question : I am to take 1 5mg of Amlopidine besylate in the morning. By accident I took 2 tablets. Should I go to ER?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this is not a very high dose of amlodipine.
There is no need to go to the ER.
The main problem is that you may experience low blood pressure in the next 24 hours.
For this reason I recommend avoiding physical activity, have some rest and take plenty of water. Coffee can help.
A close monitoring of your blood pressure values is necessary.
The effects of this extra tablet will begin to vanish after 12 hours.
