Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

Nexito forte consists of Escitalopram 10 mg and Clonazepam. Usual dose is 5-20 mg per day.

Taking 20 tabs will produce serious toxicity and serotonin syndrome which can prove fatal.

Symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, restlessness, anxiety, severe hypotension, disorientation and confusion are seen. In more severe case death may occur.
