Brief Answer:
Ultrasound at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
So sad to hear the incident but it is a very drastic step which obviously shouldn't have been taken only.
Most common effect it can have is acidemia and thus intrauterine death of the baby so get a scan at the earliest.
Secondly she can have severe gastritis, but you have done a good job giving her pantoprazole soon and now if she is feeling fine then nothing more is needed.
Visit your doctor again after the ultrasound and let him examine her again for late effects of the drug which usually come within 24 hours.
So right now give her a lot water with pinch of salt and lemon as much as she is comfortable taking.
Good rest is also very important.
Take care.
