What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Tadalafil?

In December 2015, ypu advised me Tab. Tadalafil 20 mg.

This seems to be due to fear of failure, fear of being seen or GF not being satisfied . Ideally you should try to get over these, forget odd failure here and there, just work on receiving and giving pleasure. Having sex with GF or some one else can be quite different than with married partner .

In this context, I would suggest tab Tadalafil 30 minutes before sex if you wish. This is a prescription medicine so you need to consult a local doctor for prescription. But getting aware of the possible reason may some times help.

You may take 1 tab daily for 1 month followed by 30 min before sex when needed

Yes, this is FDA approved for treatment of ED .

There are side effect for sure but not life threatening like headache, backache, palpitation, gastritis. Absolute contraindication is if you are taking Nitrates for cardiac problems, though we can use them if absolutely indicated. There is no long term side effects known.

I am having Fenasteride 1mg tablet. Is t fine to take Tab Tadalafil 20mg along. I mean should I stop Fenalo that day and for some subsequent days. Last time you suggested me to take Tadalafil 20mg for a month.

I am taking this medicine since 1st November 2015 for hair loss along with Minoxidil 5% solution. I have seen good hair growth because of that. I know it is acting as an inhibitor to some hormone. Do you still recommend Tadalafil ?
