Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX Thanks for the query.
there are typical signs of appendicitis which are seen in 90% of cases and those are: pain which starts around the umbilicus and then moves in next 8-24 hours to right lower quadrant of abdomen. it is in the half distance between umbilicus and anterior superior illiac spine. Pain is usually associated with nausea and vomiting, occasionally fever and weakness. Pain is constant but aggravated on pressure.
signs may be atyipical with pain in the middle stomach, pubic region or around the liver.
Diagnosis can be ruled out by ultrasound, blood tests and physical examination so if you have those sign, you need to visit er because appendicitis is surgical problem and should be managed within 2.days after the onset of symptoms. Wish you good health. Regards

Hi.
rabies is rarely seen today but it there is any suspect of it it necessitate emergent treatment.
If there is contact with infected animal such as dog, fox, cat, raccoon the disease will start with nonspecific signs: temperature, chills, tiredness, headache,
vomiting. It it is left untreated it will progress to specific signs such as: hallucinations, saliva hypersecretion, delusions, aggressivity, paralysis and convulsions. It may lead to death. it is hardly treatable but there are certain medicines which helps and prevent serious consequances. regards

Hi. Well appendicitis and rabies are not related to your nail issue. This is commonly sen in yeast infections as you said and should be treated by topical antimicotics. Also, it can be signs of some nutrients lack. So you should find calcium, vitamin d and vitamin b supplements. It may be helpful for nails. If there is significant deformity it should be surgically removed and then it will grow again properly. Regards
