I did unprotected sex high girl unknown status my encounter was high risk i got symptom of dizziness for 1week it is very heavy , ear links infection, sore throat for 2month, diarrhea (loss stole) for3week i lost 6kgs, swallen lymph node groin area & backside of neck, skin rashes on back side of shoulder and pink colour skin changes, redish itchy on my chest,night sweat,I get HIV test on 3.5month ,4month, 5month on ag/ab combo cmia method (0.10)non reactive
and also i take immunology test (PSA) cmia method value of(0.430)
My questions is my HIV test conclucive or ? Can i start my normal life

I do agree with you on CDC recommendations.
Relax. It is almost close to 6 mths now & in a month, in any case you can do a test again to quell your demons.
In the meantime, I suggest you visit a surgeon & get an FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) done on those lymph nodes you mention just to get a clear idea of what they could be. We don't want you missing a totally different diagnosis.
If you are so stressed, then please do a PCR test for mRNA (Ranbaxy labs does it for sure) & this will clear all doubts as it will pick up even minute quantities of the virus in your blood. If this is within normal limits (as I suspect it will be), please close this chapter. In either case, please go immediately, do this test & do not look too deeply into the nitty gritty's of all these CDC recommendations. Please do see a counsellor near you. If in the Bengaluru region, I would be happy to consult with you @ XXXXXXX Hospital. You need a one on one session with a therapist to calm down & relax...do the test & be done with it.

I am in small town here cmia test &elica test available confirmation test westerblot test only if i positive for HIV they use westernblot.here 3 lab with standard I am going for test again 5month 13 days tomorrow sir, mean time the girl also did the HIV test her result also negative after 5month 3 days she show the result hiv1&2 duo test negative ,and hep (card test) is negative can I conclude my cmia test as 100%confident accuracy ? Because did one big mistake on 5month before in my life i dont want to affect my life partner here learn big lesson for it.Can i take my tomorrow cmia test as conclusion of 5.5(24week) month & i want be100% HIV free i want to concentrate on my work from tomorrow.

Yes sir I do , I understand my fear kill me more than HIV , so I decided to concentrate on my work more importantly to love wife and my daughter this HIV fear experience teach lesson to me . Ig M positivity means 'recent' infection. So can be easily treated with acyclovir or famcyclovir tablets with your dermatologist near you. If you wish to come to XXXXXXX & see me, most welcome. I consult at XXXXXXX Hospital &/Or XXXXXXX Bhateja hospital in Bengaluru.
For the local infection or rash when it comes, use Zovirax (5% Acyclovir) cream 4-5 times daily for 5 days. It will subside. During this time avoid contact with anybody to that area & sex too.
