Brief Answer:
Biopsy is definitive tool for diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your symptoms and history, they are not indicative of any particular disease, and of lymphoma either.
The symptoms of lymphoma are
1. Swelling of multiple lymph nodes.
2.Fever.
3. Weight loss.
4. Loss of appetite.
5.Fatigue.
6.Respiratory distress.
But these symptoms are present in many other conditions.
Biopsy is the only definitive tool to confirm the diagnosis , if it is lymphoma or some minor infection.
So I advice to please wait for the report ,I sincerely hope and wish It is not lymphoma.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good wishes.
