Question: I am 45 years old woman in menopause . I had endoscopy and was diagnosed with acid reflux .can I take b12 supplements or vitamins or can I take digestive enzymes .because I don't want to take antacids anymore because they solve the problem for a couple of hours only

I have read your query and understand your concern very well.
There is absolutely no problem in taking supplements or vitamins or any digestive enzymes but lifestyle changes would help you great deal.
If your acid reflux is just mild to moderate,then you can be managed very well with certain life style changes like...
Eat small portions of meal frequently instead of large meals.
Take your food 2-3 hours before lying down
Keep your head end of bed raised by few inches
Quit smoking
Try to lose weight if you are overweight.
Avoiding food items like tomato,garlic onion,citrus fruits,chocolate etc.
Avoid carbonated drinks,alcohol,coffee,tea etc.
( in fact you should try to know your food triggers and avoid them ) 
Avoiding pain killer medications.

If you seriously and sincerely follow above mentioned guide lines,you can keep yourself symptom free to quite an extent.
