At what point should I worry if it has not gone?
I am a preschool teacher and spend alot of time bending and sitting on little chairs or the floor. Is there any activity I should avoid?

If this persist even after 3 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam,
If this persist even after 3 weeks, then you need to consult an orthopaedician for detailed examination.
You should avoid forward bending to lift up things, if it requires you first sit on your knees and then lift up the things. You need to correct your sitting posture. Sit straight and avoid sitting for long times. Take a break in between.
