I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The parad tablet is manufactured by zandu pharmaceuticals and is a medicine which is used to prevent food grains from getting bad.

2. Parad contains mercury 30 mg in each tablet and this is a poison. However 30 mg of mercury in one tablet should not cause any serious concern.

3. Please drink lots of fluids and wash out the toxic products from your body. Observe for 24 hours for any side effects like vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness or pain in the stomach region and if have it then please consult your doctor immediately.

4. If there are no side effects for 24 hours then you are safe.

5. Please do not swallow parad tablet again and keep it away from children.
