Reply: no cramping, watery stool, normal color, no blood. Had a couple days normal stool, then Diarea right back. Medication was something to harden stool & stop Diarea.
Brief Answer:
Following causes to her diarrhea..consult further with GI specialist
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Possible reasons might be related to:
1. Foods she has been consumed recently (anything new?)
2. Bowel infection (intestinal parasites which are commonly occurring among patients of the same age of your mother or candida infection)
You can discuss it further with her GI specialist as further tests might be needed to determine the right diagnosis and specific treatment.
All the best!
