Question : Hello,
i've done some frequent and in a row masterbuting and i felt like my heart hurts a little, and just 8mins afterwards i played karate and when i play karate sometimes i need to let out some power while shouting, but as soon as i done that i felt great pain in my heart, then after about 30 seconds the pain stopped, but since that moment i still feel little pain in my hurt it's been 4 days.

Masturbation is a self gratification for sexual desire which is harmless. The pain you are complaining could be related to something else. Most common cause is psychogenic when one keep on worrying about possible harm by masturbation. If still you are worried, please get ECG . if it is normal, relax.
