Question : Hello,
i've done some frequent and in a row masterbuting and i felt like my heart hurts a little, and just 8mins afterwards i played karate and when i play karate sometimes i need to let out some power while shouting, but as soon as i done that i felt great pain in my heart, then after about 30 seconds the pain stopped, but since that moment i still feel little pain in my hurt it's been 4 days.
