Brief Answer:
Please, you need to get your blood pressure well controlled!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. These numbers are not the best and may be suggestive of the diagnosis of hypertension or poorly managed hypertension. Your weight seems too much for your height. Reducing your weight, exercising often on most days of the week and eating healthy would help control your body weight and reduce the blood pressure numbers.

For now, you need to get your drugs reevaluated. This would help the doctor to either increase the doses or add another pill to get the blood pressure well controlled. Your goals should be to get a blood pressure measurement of less than 140/90mmHg.

Are there any recent changes in your lifestyle, drugs, diet or exercise that may explain this increase in your numbers? If there are any, please talk to me about them and together we can look for solutions.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
