Question: I was diagnosed with a spindle cell thymoma on 9/13/12. Dr. Iva Smolens removed it robotic-ally in a 6 hour procedure. Dr. XXXXXXX was my oncologist in XXXXXXX I was seen by Dr. XXXXXXX Wolf, a Neuropthamologist, who finally told that I have anti-body negative Myasthenia Gravis. I also have Hypothyroidism & Adrenal Insufficiency. The last time I was seen by a Neurologist was at Barrow's Hospital in XXXXXXX by Dr. XXXXXXX Ortega in December 2012. His comment to me was "I don't treat cancer!" I had to move & need help finding a specialist in the Rapid City S.D. Area who is competent in treat these diseases. My last Endocrinologist didn't want to treat my Hypotestosteronism (level was 8) or my Vitamin D Deficiency. I suffered 2 stress factors in my left heal in August 2012. What do you recommend for my complex case?

My stomach has been a big issue. I feel very bloated & my stomach feels tight. I had a colonoscopy & EGD in January 2013 which were both normal. Is there anything I can do to relieve this?

Brief Answer: healthy diet and antacids Detailed Answer: Hello, Although your colonoscopy and EGD is normal, it is possible that you may have mild gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. This need not be big enough to be diagnosed on EGD. Hence, I would suggest you to take over the counter available antacids like Capsule Omeprazole 20mg on empty stomach early in the morning, on a daily basis. You must also follow a healthy diet and eat regularly to be able to control this bloating and stomach issue. Take more of vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of fluids orally. Eat small frequent meals every 2 to 3 hrs. Do not consume heavy, spicy and oily, and high fatty food that could increase the bloating. Take care of yourself. Regards,
