Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should immediately consult doctor and get done chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
You are taking doxycyclin. It is antibiotic. But still you are worsening in symptoms. So chest x ray is needed to rule out pneumonia.
You may need higher antibiotics and other supportive drugs.
So consult doctor and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
