
What Causes A Blue Mark On Outer Right Thigh?

Question: the blue mark on my outer right thigh has been there for months. it sometimes hurts like a bruise and other times I forget it's there. the skin is numb to the touch in about a 2 inch circle.
is this something to worry about?
