Question : Hi , I just slipped in my bathroom and fell on one side , then I got bruise on my arm and was painful and now around area is bluish and there is lump on my arm under my wrist which is painful if I pick up something or touch it , otherwise no pain , what it could be , feel like little swelling too ,but my wrist is all good

I think it is more of soft tissue injury and this will normally heal within 7-10days. I recommend you take tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain relief. Also, cold compresses and rest are advised.
