Question: Ive had this rash come up on my chest its been there about 2 years now can u tell me what it looks like to you?

I have gone very carefully through the details as well as the attached image. It seems that you are suffering from a fungal infection. I would suggest you to apply Candid (clotrimazole) lotion altenating with clotrimazole powder topically. Also take cetirizine tablet once daily for next few days.

I hope that should provide relief in 3-7 days.
