Brief Answer:
Sorry for the delayed response sir, was not informed about your query

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and am really sorry to learn about the recent developments with your wife. I shall surely help you with the list of causes for a miscarriage:

+Poor placental development
+Chromosomal abnormalities
+Age of the woman (usually women above 35-40 years of age face more complications)
+Smoking
+Drug abuse
+Hormonal imbalances
+Thyroid abnormalities
+Heavy alcohol consumption
+High blood pressure
+Caffeine intake
+Infections (e.g. herpes, cytomegalovirus, HIV, malaria, etc.)
+Weak cervix
+Various tumors or growths in the cervix or uterus
+Various medications (e.g. methotrexate, misoprostol, etc.)
and so on.

I would say about 3 months gap should be given for the female to recover both mentally and physically. Once her menstrual cycle is back to normal, and she is mentally prepared for conception, only then should you start trying again. But before this, the most important factor here is to make sure the cause for the miscarriage is treated and no more exists. This in my opinion is the most important aspect that requires attention before you start trying once again.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help, and please do not be disheartened in anyway and make sure you are always there for your wife both physically and mentally.

Best wishes.
