I have gone through your query and reference report you have attached, there is nothing to worry. Based on what I see, it looks like mucocele. It happens when there is trauma in minor glands present in oral cavity.
I will suggest you that it heals in few days. But if it hurts you then can apply anaesthetic ointment like Mucopain or Dologel twice daily for one week .
- You can take one Vitamin B supplements one capsule daily for one week.
- Do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two - three times a day.
