Brief Answer:
Prolapsed bladder(cystocele) or rectum(rectocele)!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this symptom that you have reported. Reviewing your past history of hysterectomy and the description of your symptoms, this would most likely represent a pelvic prolapse. Hysterectomy is a major risk factor for this condition. It could be the bladder or the rectum that is forcing its way down through the vagina as a result of a weakened support system. This support system is called the pelvic floor and it is made up of muscles.

I will recommend that you get consulted by your OBGYN. A complete clinical exam may be followed by a test to confirm my suspicion. If this diagnosis is confirmed, treatment would depend on the degree of the condition. Treatment may consist of non surgical procedures like vaginal rings(pesaries) or surgical measures.

I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. Please, feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
