Question : I have an opinion sore on my ankle... has not healed in 3 months have cleaned with cotton Q tip with hydrogen peroxcide, applied Mupirocin ointment(last 3 weeks) and covered with a large band aid. Change daily. Some pain(deep) to the touch, open wound with some swelling, oozing when cleaning... 'soft tissue ulcer'... ganglion cyst...squamous cell carcinoma... What do you think?

It would be good if you post a photo of it.
it is hard to say what it exactly is without image.
However,if there is no improvement on these measures then it may indicate arterial or venous ulcer caused by inadequate circulation or skin tumor such as basocelular or squamous cell carcinoma. I don't think this is ganglion cyst. it would be good to do Doppler ultrasound if leg and biopsy of ulcer edges. it would reveal the exact cause. till that,you should apply Comfeel gel, aquacel dressing and keep ulcer clean.
