Question : Dear Mam/sir,
A patient with an age of 38 years, c/o of mass coming out of vagina and pain in abdomin. Doctor diagnosed as grade 2 prolapse with cystocele with B/L Ovarian swelling. Please guide me whether Swelling Ovaries is an enough reason for B/L salpingophrectomy. your valuable comment could help me for further treatment.

And as far as removal of uterus is concerned that can also be avoided by various sparing surgeries like tape insertion and XXXXXXX repair from a good surgeon so you can discuss the same
