Kindly provide the addition information

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to HCM. I have gone through your query and the pictures you have sent.

Based on this it appears to be either contact dermatitis or may be sun allergy.

I would to know few more informations, like the duration of this eruption, is it seen regularly after exposure to sun, is it the first time or has occurred before, other locations if this is present.

Kindly provide this information as it will be helpful in giving suggestion regarding the treatment.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Moisturizer and derma dew soap and avoiding direct sunlight

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you and thanks for providing the information.
Based on the information I would suggest you to avoid direct sunlight whenever possible. It is archived to apply body moisturizing cream, which is helpful.
Using derma dew soap will be helpful in preventing this. It is better to rule out any alergy to detergents, do you can consider using mild detergent for washing clothes.

If it is severe, I would have treated you with antihistamine drugs like tablet citriz 10 mg taken at bedtime as it has a slight sedative effect.

I would suggest you to try this measures and if persists I would suggest you to see dermatologist for thorough examination and for further help.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
