Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation + chew a gum...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The pressure changes is most likely due to eustachian tube (ET) dysfunction / block. Allergic congestion of nose and nasopharynx leads to ET problems. I would start steam inhalation three times a day to relieve the blocks and improve ET functions. Besides that, chewing a gum will also help.

Since pressure change is directly attributed to nasal allergy, it also important that you treat the allergy at the earliest. I would start antihistamines - benadryl allergy and sinus + saline nasal spray.

If things don't get better in the next 2 days, you should consult a physician / ENT doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
