                                    Brief Answer:
Exposure date is difficult to identify
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
IgG positive can be due to infection some weeks/ months/ years prior. It is difficult to identify when you were exposed.
There will be improvement in symptoms like pain ,fever , headache on intake of paracetamol. If your other symptoms persist get evaluated by a physician. Take any analgesic or antipyretic after food. These may lead to gastritis.
You can get back for any clarification.
