Question: I have been getting pains in my right arm and pinsandneedles in my fingers and shotting pains in my left finger and swells up I left my right arm up or pick a kettle up properly to painful

It is possible that your nerves from the neck to the hand are being compressed.
This can occur due to Cervical spondylosis or Cervical rib.
Do get an Xray of the Cervical spine and upload it for my opinion.
Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Avoid overhead activities. Apply hot packs to the back of the neck. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days and PPI/antacid Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day on empty stomach for 5 days (please get the necessary prescription from your doctor).
Avoid using thick pillow. Either use a thin pillow or avoid using pillow while sleeping.
