Nature of obstruction needs to be known & then tt

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
You have given history of heart ailments in the past.
Thus, other cardiovascular disorders can also co-exist.
Arterial obstruction in the groin area could be due to atherosclerotic plaque, thrombus (blood clot) or vasospasm of the vessels.
You need to consult your treating doctor for further investigations to know the nature of obstruction.
If you are already taking thrombolytic drugs and anti-lipidic drugs, the drugs need to be reviewed.
If you are not taking any medication, new drugs may be prescribed.
Surgical intervention e.g. stenting may be required depending on the nature of obstruction.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
