Question : I get a back ache in the mornings once I get up from the sleep

Brief Answer: Faulty sleeping posistion Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Pain in the back soon after getting up in the morning indicate faulty sleeping position or uneven sleeping surface. Do correct the sleeping posture by sleeping over the back or to the left side also reduce the number of pillows if you are using more than one. Apply Diclofenac gel over the affected part in the morning to get rid of the pain. Do consult a Orthopedician to identify the exact cause. Wish you good health. Regards,
