Question : I have been having bad headache before or during periods. This started happening post i delivered my baby 20 months back.What can i do to get rid of it ?

These could be menstrual migraines.
These are hormone related, and peak around periods due to the hormonal disturbances at this time.
Apart from Saridon and other medications to control the headaches, you can try taking oral contraceptive pills for 3 - 6 months.
These will help in preventing these headaches.
