Thanks for your question my question from how much time you are taking this tablet and yes for every thing in excess is dangerous so taking one or two tablet is not going to develop liver complication but if you take regulary yes then then this will. Most of the drugs pass through liver so alternative will do same thing so you should take tablets when is much needed
