Brief Answer:
Numbness of toe can be due to neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you have asked two questions.
1. Big toe numbness can be due to neuropathy. It can be caused by nerve compression or vitamin B 12 deficiency. For treatment you need to first find out the cause of this. First checking you have high blood sugar or low vitamin B 12. Also nerve compression in spine can checked by MRI of the spine. Taking methyl cobal daily will be helpful for you.
2. Most hormone replacement therapy can cause some sedation. But you can start with lower doses. Soon your body will be adapted to that. Tri cyclan should be taken in night. I hope that will help you .
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
