what do you exactly mean by biting?is it itching sensation? are there any rashes?
If it is itching sensation I would suggest you to maintain a food diary and see when and after which particular food the sensation gets worse.
If there are any rashes please upload your picture of the same.

I do not have rash on body. My tongue and throath is erupted.
When I eat something sweet or take a cup of tea this biting sensation increases.
I have sleepless nights since 10-12 days.

Hello again, this could either be an allergic reaction or just gastritis.
I would recommend you to take Tab Cetrizine 10mg at night for 5 days and Tab Pantoprazole 40mg in the morning for 10 days.
