Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
I dont think that Hep B shot is related to your symptoms, although there are some reported cases of coagulation abnormalities after hep b shot, but this is rarity. Usually, hematoma may develop at site of injection but periorbital hematomas after hep b was not reported. It is always possible that there was unnoticed hit during sleep, or insect bite at this area. I suggest to treat it conservatively with ice compresses and hepatin gel and if you notice bruisings at any other part of your body, you should check your coagulation parameters to rule out some hematologic diseases. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
