Question : I am seeing a small black ball on my head since last 2, 3 months. I think its slightly growing. what can it be a d what needs to be done. attached is the photo

I have reviewed the attached photograph.
You don't have to worry. It is either seborrhoeic keratosis or melanoacanthoma. Both are benign tumors of skin keratinocytes. It can be left as such but if it showing rapid increase you can get it removed.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get it removed by excision or electrocautery.
