Brief Answer:
This may indicate transient ischemia and no need to be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having problem of seeing black spots lasting for one minute in the morning.

These symptoms usually indicate transient ischemia as a result of hypotension which can occur during sleeping.
Since the symptoms are getting corrected within one minute this does not require any treatment also and no need to be worried about it.

If the symptoms increase in frequency and duration then evaluation is required to rule out causes like hypotension, hypovolemia, hypoglycemia....

Hence I advice you not to worry as of now.

Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
