Brief Answer:
Most likely having Benign prostate hyperplasia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. You are most likely having Benign prostate hyperplasia. Your average flow rate is decreased. PSA and Glyco HB are in normal limits. This usually occurs in males above 40 years of age. It can be due life style and food. Non-vegetarians have an increased risk of getting this.

You can continue the drug which your doctor prescribed which is an alpha blocker. Taking this for long time decreases your symptoms and gland size. If reducing like that then no need of surgery.

This drug is well tolerated in many. Some get retrograde ejaculation, low blood pressure, dizziness etc. If you get such symptoms then you should report your doctor. Avoid non veg diet as much as possible. Don't take more water during night.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
